2B Finish Sheet

Our premium 304-2B stainless steel is a low-carbon, austenitic chromium-nickel alloy engineered for outstanding corrosion resistance and enhanced intergranular corrosion protection, even after welding or stress relieving treatments. With a composition designed to minimize carbide formation, this grade ensures reliability for most welded construction processes and is well-suited for applications where the operating temperature does not exceed 800°F. In its annealed state, the sheet is non-magnetic and does not benefit from hardening through additional heat treatments, making it ideal for precision and durability in various uses.
